How do I find what I am looking for?
The store has categories and sub-categories. Simply go to the category
on the drop down menu under Categories. You can also do a SEARCH.
If you are interested in a certain but you are not sure whether
we stock it you can also email us on info@keepsakegifts.net.
How do I place an order?
Select Buy Now once you found your product. This will allow you
to personalize your item i.e. Color, Name etc. Once you are happy
with your choices simply click Add to cart. If there is any option
that you do not see simply type it in the special requests.
We will let you know what is possible and what is not. Always remember
to update the correct quantities, especially when you are ordering
any of our letters.
When you have finished adding items to your cart you can click on
Checkout to register and pay. If you make any changes to your quantities
remember to click Update to update your cart totals.
Once you are ready to checkout you can either log into your account
if you have purchased from us before. New customers need to register.
This will allow you to come back at any time and view your orders,
print invoices etc.
Please allow 2-3 weeks to process all orders. If the item(s) you
selected are available, they will be shipped to you within 3 -5
business days. If the item is not available allow 3-4 weeks for
delivery.
Can I order by Email?

How quickly can I expect my order?
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. Rush orders are available
for an additional $18.00.
Can I return a personalized item?
All sales on personalized items are final. No refunds, returns,
exchanges or cancellations will be accepted on items that have been
personalized. We will accept returns if the item has a physical
defect.
Is it safe to use my credit card for purchases?
ABSOLUTELY! You can safely enter your credit card number via Pay
pal secure server.
Is gift-wrapping available?
We can gift wrap your items. Simply enter it in Special request
when you proceed to check out.
What are your payment options?
Payments are processed through Paypal. Follow the instructions on
the Paypal website. If you have any additional questions, please
send us an email to info@keepsakegifts.net
What is your return policy?
We offer a money-back guarantee if we completely made an error
on the design of your choice. If you are not completely satisfied
with our products upon receipt, please contact us within 5 days
after delivery for a return authorization.
Returned products, not including customized designs or ensembles,
must be received by Keepsakegifts within 20 days of your confirmed
delivery. All returns must be shipped via Priority mail “with
signature required”
Return shipping charges are to be paid by customer. Products must
be in original condition and packaging. We will issue a full refund
for all products that meet these conditions. Amount of refund is
subject to condition approval and/or 15% repackaging fee.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner payment was received.
Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited
for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred
to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still
apply.
How do you handle cancellations?
We ask that you please make sure that your order is correct prior
to submitting it to us. Once you place your order our systems begin
processing. Should you need to cancel your order for any reason,
please email us immediately at orders@keepsakegifts.net. Orders
cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on orders that have already been processed will be
handled in the same manner as returns. Customer will be responsible
for shipping charges on rejected shipments.
Privacy Policy
Thanks for shopping at Keepsakegifts.net. It is our top priority
to ensure the security and privacy of your transactions with us.
Any information gathered from you, will be confidential. Keepsakegifts.net
uses this information solely for order fulfillment and shipping
purposes. We will not share any information about you with anyone
else, under any circumstances.
Our Guarantee
If you are not happy, we are not happy. We want to make sure you
get the best possible personal service we can offer. If you are
not satisfied, simply email us and we can arrange for return or
changes. Please see our policy on returns. Unfortunately we cannot
refund shipping costs. Shipping costs on any returns are the responsibility
of the customer.
Hand painted, personalized, custom designed furnishings and other
made-to-order items require payment in full upon order and cannot
be returned, as they are crafted to your personal specifications.
If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 24 hours
of your original order date.
